Details

At 636 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fair Grove, or 9 miles northwest of Strafford, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Fair Grove, Pleasant Hope, Olive, Elkland, Ebenezer, Bassville, and
Charity.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 97 and 98.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
southwestern Missouri.
