Details

At 1125 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Rutland to 7 miles northwest of Westwood
Colony to Forbes to near Venturia. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Aberdeen, Sisseton, Groton, Britton, Veblen, Leola, Langford, Mina
Lake Rec Area, Hecla, Frederick, Roslyn, Bath, Sunset Colony,
Columbia, Pierpont, Westport, Deerfield Colony, Grassland Colony,
Claremont, and Spring Creek Colony.
