Details

At 442 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms extending from 30 miles northeast of Newport State Park
to 33 miles north of Ephraim, or extending from 62 miles northeast of
Marinette to 38 miles north of Marinette, moving south at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

The strong thunderstorms will be near…
Rock Island around 455 PM CDT. Detroit Island around 505 PM CDT.
Newport State Park around 520 PM CDT. Ephraim around 525 PM CDT.
Eagle Bluff Light and Chambers Island around 530 PM CDT. Cana
Island Light around 535 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these strong thunderstorms include Rock
Island State Park, Washington Island, Ellison Bay, Rowleys Bay,
Sister Bay, Peninsula State Park, Fish Creek, Baileys Harbor and
Peninsula Center.
