Details

At 1039 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Champion, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Sweetwater, Roscoe, Maryneal, Wastella, Champion, The Intersection Of
Highway 70 And Ranch Road 53, Lake Sweetwater, The Intersection Of
Ranch Road 608 And Highway 147, Camp Boothe Oaks, Us-
84 Near The Nolan-Fisher County Line, and I-20 Near The Nolan-
Mitchell County Line.

This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 253.
