Details
At 916 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary
produced by thunderstorms near Chamberino, moving south towards the
El Paso area at 30 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Along with the gusty winds, blowing dust
could reduce visibilities along and behind the gust front,
especially along and west of Interstate 10.
Locations impacted include…
West El Paso, Central El Paso, Northeast El Paso, East El Paso,
Mission Valley, Chaparral, Santa Teresa, Anthony, Vado, Sunland Park,
Canutillo, Afton, Anthony Gap, Berino, Vinton, San Miguel, Westway,
Fort Bliss, Mesquite, and Chamberino.
