* WHAT…Heat index values up to 92 degrees and Wet Bulb Globe
Temperatures up to 84 degrees expected.

* WHERE…In Minnesota, Crow Wing, Aitkin, Pine, Koochiching, Cass,
Itasca, Carlton, St. Louis, and Northern Cook and Lake Counties.
In Wisconsin, Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Sawyer, and
Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du
Lac Band, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the Red Cliff Band,
the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the Bad River Reservation,
the Mille Lacs Band, Big Sandy Lake, East Lake, Hinckley and, Lena
Lake areas and the Bois Forte Band, Deer Creek, Lake Vermilion
and, Nett Lake areas. Other locations including Voyageurs National
Park, the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island.
The entire Boundary Waters is also included.

* WHEN…From noon to 7 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
