Details

At 1157 PM CDT/1057 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
outflow boundary along a line extending from 8 miles southeast of
Lamesa to 14 miles east of Andrews to 11 miles east of Jal Airport.
Movement was southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs, and blowing dust
may briefly reduce visibility down to 2 miles or less.

Locations impacted include…
Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, Andrews, Lamesa, Kermit, Eunice, Jal,
Wink, Ackerly, Greenwood, Gail, Stanton, Coahoma, Goldsmith, Sand
Springs, Lomax, Jal Airport, Midland International Air and Space
Port, and Luther.

This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 99 and 191.
