Details

Following yesterday’s rainfall, patchy dense fog has developed across
portions of eastern and southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
Visibilities may fall as low as 1/4 mile at times. Conditions are
largely expected to improve by 8am, but fog may persist for a bit
longer in low lying areas.

Instructions

Use low beam headlights, slow down, and be prepared for rapidly
changing visibilities.
