Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Van Buren and Washington, and northeast
Missouri, including the following areas, Clark and Scotland.
* WHEN…Through 7PM this evening.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Training thunderstorms with heavy rainfall rates are possible
within the watch area early this morning through this evening.
