* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Cooper County in central Missouri…
Southern Howard County in central Missouri…
Central Saline County in central Missouri…

* WHEN…Until 715 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 111 PM CDT, the transportation department reported Route Z was
closed in Howard County due to high water. Other rural roads
across the warned area likely are flooded as runoff continues
from earlier rainfall. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen
during the past 6 hours.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Marshall, Boonville, Fayette, Slater, New Franklin, Pilot Grove,
Bunceton, Prairie Home, Nelson, Blackwater, Franklin, Wooldridge,
Arrow Rock and Lamine.
