Northeastern Van Buren County in southeastern Iowa…
Southeastern Jefferson County in southeastern Iowa…
Northwestern Lee County in southeastern Iowa…

* Until 930 PM CDT.

* At 828 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lockridge, or
10 miles east of Fairfield, moving south at 25 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

Bonaparte, Salem, Stockport, Lockridge, Hillsboro, St. Paul, Rome,
Westwood, Pilot Grove, Houghton, Mt Hamill, Oakland Mills, Oakland
Mills Park, Glasgow, Morris Park, Utica, Water Works Park, and
Round Prairie Park.

Instructions

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
