Details

At 907 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 9 miles west of Taylor, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include…
Taylor, Calamus Reservoir State Recreation Area, Homestead Knolls
Campground, Virginia Smith Dam, Hannamon Bayou Campground, Almeria,
Nunda Shoal Campground, Valley View Flat Campground, and Kent
Diversion Dam State Wildlife Management Area.

This includes Highway 183 between mile markers 119 and 133.
