At 225 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lincoln, or 8 miles southeast of Bismarck, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Southern Bismarck, Lincoln, Hazelton, St. Anthony, Fort Rice, Moffit,
Hazelton Recreation Area, University Of Mary, Stumpf State Natural
Area, Huff, and Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park.
