El Paso County in western Texas…
* Until 645 PM MDT.
* At 604 PM MDT, a large area of dust was moving north, on the
outflow winds of storms to the south, over Chihuahua, Mexico.
HAZARD…Less than one mile visibility with strong wind between
25 and 40 mph.

IMPACT…Hazardous travel.
Locations impacted include…
West El Paso, East El Paso, Central El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far
East El Paso, Mission Valley, Tornillo, Chaparral, Fabens, Clint,

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
