* WHAT…Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values exceeding
100 degrees multiple days.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northwest Illinois and east
central and northeast Iowa.

* WHEN…From noon Monday to 9 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…There is the possibility that excessive heat
will last for much of next week. Thunderstorms and associated
cloud debris may interrupt the excessive heat at times late in the
week.

Instructions

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
