The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for…
Haskell County in west central Texas…
Throckmorton County in west central Texas…

* Until 1045 AM CDT.

* At 817 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have
fallen so far this morning. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2
inches are possible by mid morning in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Haskell, Stamford, Throckmorton, Rule, Rochester, Woodson, Weinert,
O’Brien, Irby, Lake Stamford Marina, Paint Creek, Sagerton, and
Lusk.
