…The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Wisconsin…

Kickapoo River at Gays Mills affecting Crawford County.

.Up to 4 inches of rain fell near Ontario Wisconsin overnight. This
rain routing downstream, combined with the additional precipitation
of around 1 inch will lead to minor flooding along the Kickapoo over
the next 24 hours.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Kickapoo River at Gays Mills.

* WHEN…From late tonight to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding is possible in and around
Gays Mills.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.8 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tonight to a crest of 14.8 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall
below flood stage late Monday evening.
– Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
