East Nishnabotna River near and north of Riverton.

* WHERE…Southeastern Fremont County in southwestern Iowa…
Western Page County in southwestern Iowa…

* WHEN…Until 315 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of the East Nishnabotna at Riverton along 250th
Street west of Riverton and other low-lying areas near and north of
Riverton along the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 913 AM CDT, Recent heavy rainfall has caused the East
Nishnabotna River level to rise. Gauges indicate minor flooding
is imminent, confirmed by local emergency management.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Shenandoah, Farragut and Riverton.
