* IMPACTS…Localized flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other
low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 453 PM CDT, Off-and-on showers and thunderstorms have produced
up to 1.5 inches of rain today.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are possible in the
warned area through the evening.
