* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Central Polk County in southeastern Texas…
Northeastern San Jacinto County in southeastern Texas…
East Central Trinity County in southeastern Texas…

* WHEN…Until 330 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At noon CDT, between 5 and 14 inches of rain have fallen over the
last 48 hours. Another 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is possible over the
next few hours. If heavy rain moves back into this region, a
Flash Flood Warning will likely be issued.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Livingston, Corrigan, Goodrich, Seven Oaks, West Livingston, Lake
Livingston State Park, Leggett and Moscow.

Instructions

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
