following county, Beaver and the Panhandle of Texas, including the
following county, Lipscomb.

* WHEN…From late tonight through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Recent rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches may lead to
excessive runoff with expected thunderstorms tonight through
tomorrow night.
