Benton TN, Carroll, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Henderson, Henry, Lake,
Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN…From Thursday afternoon through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
