Details

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…A portion of east central Kansas, including the following
counties, Anderson, Coffey, Douglas, Franklin, Lyon and Osage.

* WHEN…Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– One more round of rain is expected today. Widespread additional
totals of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected, with isolated totals of
around 3 inches. Coupled with the 1 to 4 inches of rain that has
fallen over the past 36 hours, flooding is possible.

Instructions

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
