* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, including the
following counties, in northwest Iowa, Emmet, Palo Alto and
Pocahontas. In west central Iowa, Calhoun, Crawford and Sac.

* WHEN…Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Very heavy rain is possible today into tonight with some areas
with 5 inches or more possible.
