* WHERE…A portion of south Texas, including the following counties,
Goliad and Victoria.
* WHEN…Through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Rainfall
totals of 2-6 inches with isolated totals up to 10 inches can be
expected within the watch area.
