* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,
Harrison, Monona, Pottawattamie and Shelby and Nebraska, including
the following counties, Burt, Cuming, Dodge, Thurston and
Washington.

* WHEN…Until 9 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are
possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Expect rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour at times this
afternoon and evening. Significant flash flooding is likely to
occur over areas that have already received heavy rainfall over
the last three days.
