* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Previous rainfall has left conditions favorable for rapid
onset flooding with any additional heavy rains.
