* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– A very moist airmass in place will bring the potential for high
rainfall rates and flooding with any thunderstorms.
