* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of central and west central Minnesota, including
the following areas, in central Minnesota, Wadena. In west central
Minnesota, East Otter Tail, Grant, West Otter Tail and Wilkin.

* WHEN…From 10 PM CDT this evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Numerous training thunderstorms with heavy rainfall rates may
lead to some areas receiving up to 5 or more inches of
rainfall in a short period of time.
