* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of Colorado, including the following areas,
Cheyenne CO, Kit Carson and Yuma, Kansas, including the following
areas, Cheyenne KS, Decatur, Gove, Graham, Greeley, Logan, Norton,
Rawlins, Sheridan, Sherman, Thomas, Wallace and Wichita, and
southwest Nebraska, including the following areas, Dundy, Hitchcock
and Red Willow.

* WHEN…From Tuesday evening through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Total rainfall amounts are forecast to be around 0.5-2.0 inches,
with isolated amounts around 4 inches. This is a multi-day event.

Instructions

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
