* WHAT…Heat index values between 105 and 109 expected.

* WHERE…In Arkansas, Benton and Carroll Counties. In Oklahoma,
Northern Sequoyah, Adair, Choctaw, and Pushmataha Counties.

* WHEN…From noon to 7 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting
those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing
strenuous activities.

Instructions

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
