* WHAT…Heat index values up to 105. Overnight low temperatures
between 72 and 77.

* WHERE…Portions of north central Kansas and east central and south
central Nebraska.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Steady south winds (10 to 15 MPH) will provide
some relief during the afternoons, although winds will decrease in
the late afternoon and evenings each day.

Instructions

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
