* WHAT…Heat index values around 105 each afternoon and overnight
lows in the mid 70s expected.

* WHERE…In Arkansas, Madison, Northern Crawford, Washington, and
Northern Franklin Counties. In Oklahoma, Adair County.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting
those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing
strenuous activities.

Instructions

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
