* AFFECTED AREA…In South Dakota, Stanley, Hughes, Hyde, and Hand.

* TIMING…Until 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ this evening.

* WINDS…West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…Relative Humidity between 22 to 28 percent.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
