The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
South central Arthur County in west central Nebraska…
Keith County in southwestern Nebraska…

* Until 1215 AM MDT.

* At 1137 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles northeast of Big Springs to near Brule,
moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Ogallala, Paxton, Brule, Sarben, Lemoyne, Keystone, Roscoe,
Kingsley Dam, Eagle Gulch Campground, Nevens, Megeath, Broganville,
Otter Creek Campground, Lake View Campground, Big Bald Hill, and
Belmar.

This includes the following highways…
Highway 61 between mile markers 79 and 113.
Highway 92 between mile markers 126 and 138.
Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 113 and 150.

building.

office in North Platte.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
