Southeastern Harding County in northwestern South Dakota…
Southern Perkins County in northwestern South Dakota…
Northeastern Meade County in west central South Dakota…
Northwestern Ziebach County in west central South Dakota…

* Until 845 PM MDT.

* At 801 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
near Owen Lake to 9 miles south of Fairpoint, or along a line from
32 miles northwest of Faith to 38 miles northeast of Sturgis,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include…
Faith, Union Center, Bison, Plainview, Enning, Chance, Sorum,
Maurine, Opal, Date, Usta, Stoneville, Red Owl, Mud Butte,
Fairpoint, Zeona, Marcus, White Owl, Prairie City and Iron
Lightning.

Instructions

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing
