* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southwestern Cape Girardeau County in southeastern Missouri…
Southwestern Scott County in southeastern Missouri…
Northern Stoddard County in southeastern Missouri…

* Until 100 AM CDT.

* At 1216 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
5 miles north of Bell City to over Puxico, or along a line from 6
miles east of Advance to 11 miles northwest of Bloomfield, moving
east at 20 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include…
Bloomfield, Advance, Oran, Benton, Puxico, Morley, Bell City,
Hay-Wood City, Vanduser and Lambert.

Instructions

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing
widespread damaging winds and large hail.
