Southeastern Chase County in southwestern Nebraska…
Southwestern Hayes County in southwestern Nebraska…

* Until 1000 PM CDT/900 PM MDT/.

* At 918 PM CDT/818 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located near
Wauneta, or 15 miles southwest of Hayes Center, moving north at 15
mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Hayes Center, Wauneta, Enders, Enders Reservoir State Recreation
Area, Hamlet, Center Dam Campground, and Area A Campground.

This includes Highway 61 between mile markers 25 and 30.
