South Central Pennington County in west central South Dakota…

* Until 400 PM MDT.

* At 300 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Bear Country,
or 9 miles southwest of Rapid City, moving southeast at 20 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR ALONG US HIGHWAY 16 FROM
ROCKERVILLE TOWARD REPTILE GARDENS.

HAZARD…Baseball size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.

* Locations impacted include…
Hermosa, Fairburn, Hayward, Rockerville, Hart Ranch, Black Gap,
Reptile Gardens and Bear Country.
