* At 543 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southwest
of Ellsworth, moving east to southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include…
Ellsworth, Wilson, Kanopolis, Holyrood, Geneseo, Lorraine,
Kanopolis Lake, Kanopolis State Park, and Ellsworth Airport.
This includes Interstate 70 between Mile Markers 206 and 228.
