Northeastern Fayette County in northeastern Iowa…
Southeastern Winneshiek County in northeastern Iowa…

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 435 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ossian, or 11
miles north of West Union, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Fayette and southeastern Winneshiek Counties,
including the following locations… Castalia, Frankville, County
Road W 46 And Centennial Road, and Montauk Historic Site.
