The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Keokuk County in southeastern Iowa…
Iowa County in east central Iowa…

* Until 430 AM CDT.

* At 328 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Holiday Lake to Rose Hill to near Albia, moving east
at 30 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Marengo, Sigourney, Williamsburg, North English, Victor, Hedrick,
What Cheer, Richland, Delta, Ladora, Keswick, South English,
Parnell, Millersburg, Harper, Martinsburg, Kinross, Hayesville,
Conroy, and Keota.

This includes Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 205 and 223.

Instructions

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service
office in the Quad Cities.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
