* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southern Perkins County in northwestern South Dakota…
Northeastern Meade County in west central South Dakota…

* Until 915 PM MDT.

* At 823 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
6 miles southwest of Date to 5 miles northwest of Union Center, or
along a line from 40 miles northwest of Faith to 42 miles east of
Sturgis, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include…
Faith, Union Center, Plainview, Enning, Opal, Maurine, Red Owl,
Stoneville, Marcus, White Owl, Usta, Fairpoint, Mud Butte, Date,
Zeona, Howes, Durkee Lake and Arrow Head Buttes.

Instructions

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing
