Southeastern Shelby County in southwestern Iowa…

* Until 800 PM CDT.

* At 721 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles south of Minden to 4 miles east of Silver
City, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated. This storm has produced measured winds
of 54 mph at the Council Bluffs Airport, and has
strengthened as it moved east.

IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Oakland, Carson, Macedonia, and Henderson around 725 PM CDT.
Avoca and Hancock around 730 PM CDT.
Walnut around 735 PM CDT.
