* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southern Portage County in central Wisconsin…

* Until 1230 PM CDT.

* At 1128 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southeast
of Lake Wazeecha, or 11 miles southeast of Wisconsin Rapids, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southern Portage County, including the following locations…
Kellner, Keene, Almond, Bancroft, Coddington, Arnott, and Plover.
