Southwestern Rock Island County in northwestern Illinois…
Cedar County in east central Iowa…
Scott County in east central Iowa…
Muscatine County in east central Iowa…
Southwestern Clinton County in east central Iowa…

* Until 715 AM CDT.

* At 609 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Mechanicsville to Cedar Valley Park to Nichols,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

Tipton, West Liberty, Atalissa, Rochester, Clarence, Tipton
Matthews Airport, Cedar County Fairgrounds, and Saulsbury Bridge
Campground around 615 AM CDT.
Muscatine, Wilton, and Moscow around 620 AM CDT.
Bennett around 625 AM CDT.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature’s leading

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
