Details
A mesoscale convective vortex (MCV) from the decaying thunderstorms
is currently centered near Binger and is producing sporadic, non-
thunderstorm wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph. Oklahoma mesonet sites show
the strong gusts beginning to shift towards the OKC metro.
Locations impacted include…
Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, El Reno,
Chickasha, Newcastle, Blanchard, Anadarko, Purcell, Yukon, Bethany,
Mustang, Choctaw, Warr Acres, Noble, Tuttle, Piedmont, and
Slaughterville.
