Details

At 1212 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from Doniphan to near Wood River
to 6 miles northwest of Kenesaw. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and hail up to half inch size, but
mostly smaller.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Hastings, Shelton, Harvard, Kenesaw, Doniphan, Juniata, Glenvil,
Trumbull, Inland, Prosser, and Hansen.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 289 and 305.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
