At 641 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast of
Powers Lake, or 26 miles north of Stanley, moving northeast at 45
mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Bowbells, Lignite, Portal, Flaxton, Coteau and Northgate.
