At 237 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Jewel Cave National Monument, or 9 miles west of Custer, and is
stationary.

HAZARD…Half inch size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include…
Custer, Crazy Horse Memorial and Jewel Cave National Monument.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Brief heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm.
